WATER FEATURES

As the pace of life continues to increase at a frenetic speed, many people are seeking a small haven of calm and serenity in their lives. We at Simon Moore Water Services can help achieve this with the installation of a beautiful and relaxing water feature.

Water has a calming effect, it provides peace and tranquillity in a busy world, to which both people and wild life are attracted. It will always be a focal point in any garden, park or public area.
We are able to offer all kinds of services for a wide selection of water features, ranging from the very grand to a small garden installation. We install and maintain formal water features in towns for local authorities and provide more natural water features for clients, who wish to replicate nature – a stream running into a lake, or a cascade to aerate a fish pond.

We were delighted to receive the contract to install a moat at GCHQ, which is functioning well, being serviced and maintained by us at regular intervals to the highest possible standard.

We have served several public bodies, including Dorchester Town Council, Bournemouth Town Council and Poole Town Council. We continue to maintain their installations to the highest possible standard, including several ponds where the fish must be kept in hygienic conditions.

We were involved in the installation of a Memorial Fountain to the Queen Mother and several other water features in the Royal Parks in London. We have also supplied work at RHS Wisley

We have supplied water features at Chelsea exhibitions and water landscaping at Hampton Court Palace.

We install, maintain and supply equipment for property developers and private individuals.
We help landscape architects design water features.

Our work in this field includes contracts at Business Parks and Military Establishments, where a water feature can provide an enchanting diversion in a stressful situation, thus engaging people in friendly conversation and diffusing tension.
